Hello! I am Angela Canque-Kaplan. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Revolutionary Change Counseling. I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing or EMDR. Robyn Sheiniuk has dedicated over 25 years to working with clients experiencing trauma and all the impact trauma causes. Trauma can leave you feeling depressed, numb, wanting to isolate, anxious, irritable, sad, feeling like you can’t trust anyone or not wanting to engage in life. Traumas can be both big and small like a car accident, a sexual assault, or repeated experiences from your childhood that left you feeling alone, like no one understood you, or feeling like you didn’t belong in your family.

Through the use of EMDR we’ll help you re-process those traumas and less the intensity of the emotions attached to them. EMDR uses eye movements to help your brain reprocess trauma.
